One of the greatest things that larger families with lots of kids can do is to take all their children to see the animals at the Zoo. Do you recall as a child going to the Zoo and how much fun it was? Kids love to go to the Zoo and going to the Zoo can be inexpensive too.

Most amusement parks cost so much money for a large family and yet most Zoos allow kids under twelve to get in for free. And that right there is a huge savings. You may also wish to consider taking plenty of water bottles with you as well, because drinks are usually expensive to buy.

If you go to the Zoo to check it out without all your kids you will see that many large families have discovered that Zoos are a good entertainment value and you will see lots of children there. Consider if you will the costs to take 4-5 children to see a Movie and with Pop-Corn and Soft Drinks you can rack up quite a tab indeed. But if you are wise with your money you can go to the Zoo almost all day for a lot less than going out to the movies with your kids one time.

Going to the Zoo also helps children appreciate wildlife and animals and helps them learn to respect life; all life. It is great day to go to the Zoo. So, please think on this in 2006.
